Checking out sourwood trees on the trail.		A sometimes rare, but tasty wild edible, Indian Cucumber Root.
An array of wild foods: Jelly Leaf mushroom, honey mushrooms, puffballs, Chicken of the Woods, Acorns, Autumn Olives, Sassafrass, Sochan, chickweed, and some store-bought burdock and (Chinese) chestnuts.
